The preliminary draft act which is being submitted for public consultation concerns the subject of transposing the European Electronic Communications Code and amending various provisions on electronic communications.
Certain provisions have already been submitted for consultation from 11 April to 14 May 2018 as part of the public consultation on a preliminary draft act containing various provisions on electronic communications. However, this text could not be adopted and has been integrated into the present preliminary draft act.
